Sessions are 45 minutes long and can be conducted in person or through telehealth.

​I am an out-of-network provider, which means that my services are eligible for insurance reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Although I do not participate with any insurance plans, I am happy to provide a coded receipt you can submit to your insurance company.
